Here it is, finally finished. I never truly understood how much work goes into a Photoshop painting such as this. It was taxing, but I had fun with it.

I know the paintings at the top are without detail, but I dont' think they were necessary and I really didn't feel like bothering with them.

I still am practicing my colouring technique, and I know I have a long way to go. I'll be working on that as the days continue.

I think the only thing that's distracting in this is the veeery soft/fuzzy painting in the background, the one that looks like a mountain. I think it just needs to be a bit more defined around the border. The other ones are stupendously vague. :>

The colours in this are booootiful~ I really like the blue you chose for the walls. It's very warm against the browns of the trim.

Yeah, I didn't feel like taking the time to make paintings within a painting. I was already feeling aggravated with the work. I'll probably fix it and update it later tonight. Cheers for pointing it out. :)

Updated. Still probably needs work, but its enough for assignment purposes. Next time, I'll be a little more aware of tiny details and not overloading my pics with them.

I'd darken the background a bit, especially around the bookcase, make the characters pop out more, and maybe look into darkening the shading on them as well.

Aye, but for assignment purposes, this should suffice. I may get around to the shading as practice for other pieces. Thanks for the input. :)
